I remember in school we usually had 2 or 3 pie suppers each year during a weekday evening in October or November to raise funds to pay for all the students’ Christmas gifts and treats, and Mrs. Harris had the older kids make signs advertising the suppers while Mrs. Courser had the younger kids make spooky masks for Halloween.
